  15. As the exclusive North American distributor for the registered version
  16. of this product, HomeBrew Software authorizes distribution of the
  17. friendware version only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  20. copies along to friends as long as you do not charge for it.  This
  21. includes charging for the disk that the product is placed on.  No fee
  22. of any kind can be charged unless a distribution agreement is signed
  23. with an authorized Ticsoft distributor.

  26. the this product package must first obtain permission from an
  27. authorized Ticsoft distributor.  All parties profiting from the sale
  28. and distribution of this product must pay a royalty for each copy sold
